- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays (after 12 pm EST), Sundays, or holidays. Please allow for additional transit time during busy periods.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: Metalfury ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Metalfury is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages: Metalfury is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery: We attempt to validate all shipping addresses. If we are unable to validate the address, we will contact you. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Missing or Stolen Shipments: Customers should report missing orders as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and involve local law enforcement. A replacement or refund will be provided after the investigation (up to 21 days).
